Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer products and services.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Product Returns

Products purchased from www.onlinehomesleepstudy.com may be returned within forty (30) days of invoice date, subject to the following:

  • Original packaging must be intact and unopened

  • Product must be unused and eligible for resale

  • Shipping fees (including expedited or non-contiguous U.S. shipping) are non-refundable

  • Infection prevention products (including oral or nasal rinses) are not returnable.

  • Promotional items may be exchange-only

  • Kits may not be returned as individual components

Products purchased more than forty (30) days from the invoice date are non-refundable.

Product Replacement

Replacement will be provided in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or labeling error.

HST Device Return Requirement

Home Sleep Testing (HST) units must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt.

Failure to return an HST unit may result in a charge up to the full replacement value of the device, not to exceed $2,500.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain services are available exclusively online and may be limited in quantity.

We reserve the right to limit sales by region, jurisdiction, or individual.

Home Sleep Testing services are diagnostic tools and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it as necessary.
